Define the target architecture for the Genesys Cloud CCaaS solution, including:

• Logical

• Functional

• Technical views
  supported by architecture diagrams and detailed design documentation.

Design a scalable, multi-country CCaaS architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.

Define the AI strategy and integration approach, covering:

• Native Genesys Cloud AI capabilities

• External enterprise AI systems (LLMs, conversational AI, analytics).

Design secure and efficient integration patterns between Genesys Cloud and existing enterprise solutions (APIs, data, network).

Produce country-by-country rollout roadmaps, taking into account:

• Business strategy

• IT strategy

• Local constraints and regulatory requirements.

Define and support proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate architectural choices.

Collaborate closely with:

• Business stakeholders

• IT teams

• Security and compliance teams

• AXA Partners and AXA Group Architecture teams

• Genesys solution experts.

Ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Share CCaaS and Genesys Cloud knowledge and best practices across AXA Partners teams.

Participate in business travel when required.
