Lead and coordinate transversal security & compliance initiatives.
Manage projects related to End User Security products (e.g., endpoint protection, identity & access management, email security).
Support operational governance and contribute to regulatory compliance activities.
Monitor, track, and report on key project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment between CyberDefense policies, operational processes, and business needs.
Foster collaboration between global and local security teams within a distributed (remote) context.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to CyberDefense services and end-user security.

Requisitos mínimos

Mandatory Functional Expertise:

Proven Project Management expertise with end-to-end project ownership.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships within a fully remote or hybrid environment.
High standards of service quality and accountability.

Technical Expertise:

Solid understanding of CyberDefense and End User Security products (e.g., antivirus, EDR, DLP, MFA, MDM).
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.

Requisitos valorables

3–5+ years of experience in End User Security environments or similar roles within CyberDefense.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
