Descripción del puesto / Funciones

• Project Management:
  • Lead and coordinate central project teams, local project managers, and external third parties.
  • Review, negotiate, and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Implement and track KPIs and metrics to monitor project performance.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests (scope, budget, and timeline).
  • Ensure alignment with the client’s project lifecycle and processes.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Identify relevant stakeholders, understand their expectations, and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Communicate project progress effectively, prepare status reports, and maintain meeting documentation (minutes and follow-ups).
  • Support the preparation of presentations for steering committees and executive reporting.
• Change Management:
  • Establish processes and tools to manage organizational changes to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Third-Party Management:
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Quality Management:
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the expected quality standards.

Requisitos mínimos

• Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in complex and international environments.
• Project management certifications: PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or equivalent.
• Experience in Information Security, network solutions, or infrastructure deployment.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, risks, and provide reporting to senior stakeholders (C-Suite).
• Fluent English (mandatory for an international working environment).

Requisitos valorables

Experience delivering fixed-price projects.
Certification in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
Certification in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
Technical or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
Experience in French-speaking environments (French proficiency is a plus).
